404 Posting on alla news itemsFollow

Just a heads up admins, I've been hearing (and experiencing) some problems posting to news entries. Responding to a news entry would work fine until I try to view my recently posted message, and then either I would get a 404, or I would be directed to the WRONG news entry, or I would be directed to the correct entry but with my message absent.

I also sometimes receive 404s when clicking "Reply to this message".
