How is it we can type "*****" without breaking the filter but not "Shit"? It just doesn't make much sense to me. I would think most people would find "*****" more offensive than "Shit". Maybe I'm wrong.
You just wanted an excuse to say both those words more than once in a post...

Nifty way to break the filter though. Beats making some of the characters capitalized and then [sm]'ed, not to mention when people start changing the colors on some of the characters.

Possibly because I am a self proclaimed *****, I find it less than offensive. It seems to be appropriate language for regular television programming, while "fecal" issues are still bleeped out. In short: no idea.
