Block the range. When the good users who are blocked complain, give them Godraidens address and the problem will solve itself.

Didn't one of the mods here invade someones privacy like that once? How'd that turn out? You could always contact his ISP rather than giving his address to the "good users."

It was an IP address, of which isn't personal. They've tried that route, and his University doesn't want to take the responsibility to limit his computer access. IP banning an entire range seems like a drastic step, but if his university won't accept responsibility, someone has to.

We've already banned his community college, and had him banned from his public library system, but the next step would have to be banning all of Chicago Comcast, which is a bit too much.
