Editing my characters' gearFollow

Heads up:

It's very frustrating to edit my characters' gear and impossible to edit their augments. I log in, I start editing the gear, and at random intervals I get kicked to a screen that says "You must log in to use this feature," even though I am logged in. I cannot edit augments at all; I go straight to that "You must log in" message every time. It's way too much trouble.
