Just check in with the best man to make sure that he's got all of his duties under control. You might be able to help with that, particularly since the bride has a few specific requests.
For the bachelor party, if you don't want to partake in said activities, it's easy to decline those if you volunteer to be the designated sober person. That's also the way to make sure that no risque stories get back to the bride.
