That seems like a good indicator that it's time to do something more about the situation than talk about it on a gaming forum.

It's time to log into an actual game and talk about it in broadcast?
I was thinking more along the lines of Dr. Phil or a similar show an having a shouting match on national TV but that works as well.

So we've got:
-An emotionally negligent husband
-A creepy pervert father-in-law
-A suffocating mother-in-law
-A very raunchy sex tape
-Borderline alcoholism
-Infidelity
-Infertility

Barely through the first half of the first page. Anything else you'd like to share, Delva?

I missed the infertility, apparently.

Post pics of your father in law, and your wayward husband, and I'll let you know if I can take them off your hands for you.

I'm a helper.

As much as I like to think that rape is always the answer, I don't think it's the correct tool (snicker) for this problem.

Maybe a hammer...

I have a hole in one of my socks, if anyone cares.

Well, I suppose I have it either way, but you know what I mean. Let's talk about it. Let's all talk about the fascinating subject of the hole in my sock.

Now, perhaps I have a poor understanding of the process, but I thought a hammer was a key component of the rape toolkit.

...

Besides, how bad could your video be?

Also, put the video up, so we can all be more informed before giving advice.

So did I, so I'm assuming Guenny's referring to Joph telling her not to have kids.

Isn't Delva also bi-polar(if i remember correctly from another thread)? That'll add all kinds of fun.

No, Del responded with:
Quote:
I do not now or have I ever wanted children and I cannot physically have them anyway.

Which doesn't mean she's infertile. She might just be a tranny. Which would explain a lot about the embarrassing sex tape and horror at the father-in-law ******* off to it.

That. I kinda take things at face value. And Delva hasn't been very subtle so far. Regardless, I'm sure we'll know the truth as soon as she gets back on her computer.

Have you tried talking to the guy when he's sober? I realize this would be awkward but as with most women talking things out generally seems to work for them.

As for your husband, I'm not really sure what you expect him to do about it. He can't control what his father thinks about, and I don't think he's quite ready to drop his father out of his life. I do think he could be a little more understanding of your feelings rather then just casually brushing them aside. Maybe he's just feeling as awkward as you are about it but he wants to put on a casual face so you wont be as upset.

*Edit* Also I was hoping this was going to be a Minecraft post. Damn creepers...

Solution: Start over. Completely.

I think your issues could mostly be worked out, but it doesn't sound like your husband is likely to be very cooperative, and relationships without at least as much communication as necessary don't miraculously get better. If you've tried to work on the issues for years and hit a brick wall, it doesn't matter if you love him or if you're dependent on him, stuff like that can drive you mental. I know.

I think you should move to that part of Norway where you don't need a visa, for starters.
