Anonymously review someone you've had sex withFollow

My school just published this article in our school news paper:

The Ally Way: Viral humiliation - The Orion: Columnists

and out of curiousity, i've visited theblackbook.org and noticed more and more college students are showing up on here. not only that, but the site is actually designed to sort people by their school and location, even going as far as to have pictures of students online.

surely this must be illegal?

Blackbook had 114 reviews, that's like .0098% of one graduating class from a major University. Unless it picks up steam I don't see it impacting the lives of people around the Country.

The idea, presentation and reviews are downright offensive and crude though I really REALLY hope this ***** doesn't catch on. Snowflakes these days don't understand accountability, having their dirty laundry aired for the world to see would be Earth shattering.

Wow, I read the thread title and was halfway through banning the poster before I noticed was an actual post.

Unfortunately, I don't believe it is. Stupid, shallow and immature? Definitely. Illegal? Probably not.

ITT Tailmon disgusts me even more than normal.

I don't know the US laws, but it would fall under slander/harassment here. Site would likely get shut down and the owner forced to pay for damages, considering the site encourages this behavior.

Of course, nothing prevents the owner from just starting it back up in another country. And the posters are potentially completely anonymous, if they post from a public library or similar. The victim might know the person based on the information given in the reviews, which could prompt a civil lawsuit.

Bottom line, though, is that we're a cruel species.

1. They highlight the good bits by drawing the eye. A dramatic change of colour and/or texture on the body is far more startlingly eye-capturing than smooth white on white, or smooth brown on brown.

2. They contain lots of yummy pheromones.

3. They make someone look like a sexy adult instead of a dubious 12 year old.

4. Getting naughty glimpses is fun. EG, when a topless guy has a pubic trail from his belly button disappearing into his waist-line, and you just KNOW what it joins up to, what it spreads out and becomes underneath. Or when a woman in a tight dress or jeans with a hole in the crotch is sitting and you know you're not seeing more leg, or her stomach, because you get a flash of hair.
