I usually have several 45 minute to hour naps, not as rigid as the 20-30 minute cycle but I am up a lot. Id say I sleep about 4-5 hours a day, not as crazy as the above, but that extra 2-3 hours from a "normal" sleep cycle lets me get nothing special accomplished, I just find it more comfortable that way. (thanks to working many many night shifts in the past that decimated my sleeping habits.)
