I was wondering what program people use to record what they are doing on their computer without a webcam and be able to stream it on justin.tv or ustream. Thanks.

Camstudio or Fraps usually, or a dedicated hardware output solution like most Nvidia cards have.

A lot of the newer DSLR cameras can record HD movies as well.
Mine can record 5 minutes of 1080p film at a time and there's all sorts of accesories to make DSLR cameras suited to record film with.
