The area I work in has its ups and downs and one of the biggst downs is the lack of places to eat.

It's not even 9 in the morning and I'm already jonesing for lunch.

So, please torture me with good foodies to drool over while I eye the cup of soup that I have in my drawer.

I had a Spicy Italian sub from Subway. On honey Oat bread, with cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles. Topped with pepper, mayo and mustard. This one had to be toasted too. I'm full, but still thinking of going back and getting a 2nd one.

They are having a student activities fair in the horseshoe (my window faces the horseshoe). I can see Sticky Fingers (bbq), My Big Fat Gyro, Crepes, Southern Style fried food, Chinese food, some random deli style food tent and burgers and hot dogs on a grill...

I did have a spinach, tomato, onion & mushroom omelette this morning but I'm still a bit hungry. I should have put in an extra egg.

Isn't this more the difference between talking about animal flesh processed for consumption and talking about someone's *****?

Relatively speaking, compared to a good bratwurst, both a ***** and a can of spam might be labeled "meat", so I don't think the term is exclusive.

I suppose that depends on whether you're talking about a good bratwurst or a "good" bratwurst.

Steven's birthday is today so we're having a family dinner. At the sushi restaurant that our oldest kid Anthony works at. While Anthony is working. The kids plan to torture him.

As for me, I'll be happily knoshing on a handrol with miso soup and a cucumber salad.

While I wish that I had some Bratwurst.

Now I am hungry and dissatisfied that I chose to be a good parent and have the little man go to soccer practice (they have a game Saturday) instead of going out to eat for my birthday.

I had isonabe, a seafood soup in a light fish broth. Great rolls. Good salad. It was fun bossing our oldest around the restaurant.

I had fried meatloaf sandwiches for lunch today. They were amazingly delicious.

Is that a pile of scrambled eggs and cheese under that bacon?! Because that would be awesome. Though I have to say that the "Sunrise Heart Attack" looks even yummier.
