I aplogize if this has been covered - the search feature is not working at the moment.

I cannot see the stone in Gunthak. SoE's answer is to delete all filed which contain my character name so they are recreated on my next log in. The problem with that is, it deletes every friend, hot key, channel setting and other customization I have made. SoE cannot tell me which specific file or part of a file I can delete so that I just fix the stone problem without wiping everything else.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue without wiping everything?

I had this problem a long time ago with the ship in OoT. I could see the Captain but no ship and I couldnt get on it. A Guide told me to delete the all OoT files from my EQ directory then do a total file scan when I lgged in next. This would make the game download the missing files, and guess what, it worked.

I dont remember the guides name, but EQ suffered when he quit the guide program.
