Im kinda struggling with this new rotation, mainly cause I dont really know when is the best time to cast this Starsurge.
What are your casting rotation now, fellow Boonkins?

Pretty much cast Starsurge whenever it's up. It's our most powerful nuke, plus it provides whatever eclipse power (and takes advantage of the bonus too I believe) you currently need.
I always make sure to put up Moonfire/Sunfire first, since it can proc the insta-Starsurge, then IS, Starsurge, and either Starfire or Wrath spam depending on which eclipse swing I'm going for. When the DoTs wear off, refresh them, and when Starsurge cool down comes off, recast that as well.

Should I cast it even during eclipse? I mean, Starsurge doesnt make Eclipse to drop quicly? Or should I cast it only when eclipse is down?
Cast starsurge even when in eclipse. This is the new boomkin priority:
1. Dots (IS + MF)
2. Big CDs(Treants + Starfall)
3. Starsurge
4. Starfire/Wrath (depending on which direction for eclipse bar)
As you can see from the priorities, Starsurge is always above both starfire and wrath even. Some intricacies arise, such as casting starfall during an eclipse, or what to do if you have a starsurge insta-proc vs. putting dots up. For now though, just stick to the basic priority list. When you get that down you can move to the fancy stuff.
