Hey Horsey, how close are you to Honolulu? Because Zwanze day 2013 is held at REAL a Gastropub -- Honolulu, Hawai'i as one of the few dozen locations worldwide to get Cantillon's very limited 2013 Zwanze beer (and likely some other fancy Cantillons).

Hey that movie is very heterosexual! There is no gay **** love in it at all, much to my dismay.

I as talking about Mazra's love for Disney movies. I think Disney is way too conservative to get closer to gay than with Pocahontas.

Were we watching different movies?

Because I was watching the one where the main character had phenomenal abs, wore a vest without a shirt, burst into song randomly, and rubbed Genie's lamp to make him shoot out.

This is humiliating to me as a human being.

It's an arstechnica article and here's the title to tickle your curiosity: US agency baffled by modern technology, destroys mice to get rid of viruses.

I was kinda hoping the mice were the 4-legged kind, as that would be more entertaining.

The destruction only stopped—sparing $3 million of equipment—because the agency had run out of money to pay for destroying the hardware.

I ultimately decided to get it. I was never much for a military victory. But for $25 (gold upgrade and BNW), I figure the enhancements to religious and cultural victories well worth it. Plus, who doesn't want to be filthy rich?

We should just form an authoritarian regime under this group.

When you play as Venice you just have so much gold it pours out of your every *******. Brazil is pretty cool too. Assyria is fun, and he doesn't afraid of anything.

Oh, and they just (as of a couple hours ago) launched Civ V trading cards on Steam too.

It's the same for me. I've been trying to give all of them at least a shot, but it's slow going. I'm also much more likely to leave games unfinished, though BNW is helping whit that.

Ah SWTOR. I know it's been said before, but I was laughing again at the difference between Imperial and Republic ideas of good and evil. Something like:

The quest giver guy tells you people are stealing supplies from her base and you're sent to investigate. You find the supplies at the home of a poor scavenger and his family. The scavenger admits to taking the supplies out of desperation and pleads for mercy.

Republic light side: You let him and his family go free after he promises not to steal anymore.
Republic dark side: You let them go free only after returning the items and paying you a bribe.
Imperial light side: You send the guy off to rot in prison and take the stuff back, but have mercy on his family letting them leave in peace.
Imperial dark side: You torture the guy for information in front of his family before killing him and selling his wife and kids into slavery.

or something like that. Smiley: rolleyes

I don't remember anything that extreme. And I always found the Imp side L/D choices to employ a LOT of shades of gray where the Republic side was mostly black and white.

Like, with the Imperial side, you'll need to decide if the right course of action is to kill a Jedi, or try and lure them to the dark side. And the answer is unclear from an Imperial perspective.

But with the Republic side, the party line is always to convert them.

Yeah, the Imperial choices seem to lot of practical versus evil instead of good and evil. Like the quest where you choose to give the revolting slaves a slow painful death by poison, or a quick one.

Still can't believe you get light side points for that. Smiley: rolleyes

Edit: Actually it just kind of hit me I never played a Jedi to high levels. My Republic toons that lasted the longest were the trooper and smuggler. I could see the smuggler having more good vs money in their storyline. Maybe that's where I got the impression.
