When i pvped with my druid with some guildies i was speked ferel and still healed alot. I love to pvp and was wondering if shadow is a good choise. If i do make a priest and put my points in shadow what should i subspeck. And is it better to be a troll or undead priest for horde. i have a 70 shadow priest friend and he loves areas. Is a shadow priest/lock a good cambo. Becuase i have a close real life friend that wants to roll a lock.
thanks alot

I know that you need to learn to write better for everyone's sake.

I also know that a Shadow Priest is great for PvP, but I have found if you plan on 2v2 arena then 2 squishies is not all that great as your nukes will not drop a warrior fast enough with someone else wailing on you or healing them.

Other BG's though a shadow priest does uber damage and heals the whole group if you stay with them. In Arena for 3v3 or 5v5 they are also a godsend.

Shadow Priest are the best one on one PvPers out there, A rogue can still kill you if he gets in the opening shot and stunlocks you, but if you're undead you can pop WOTF and psychic scream, then pwn him. I routinely win duels against all classes (except warlock, of course). I have beaten lvl 70 mages, warriors, and druids at lvl 65. Warriors are cake, for mages, druids, and warlocks you have to be quick with hitting Silence and dispel magic.

Undead are best for PvP because of Will of the Forsaken and Devouring Plague. Troll racials are okay but not spectacular.

Shadowguard (troll priest racial) + blackout (10% chance to stun with shadow spells) is very cool. Gives you those 3 seconds to get out of stunlock or just lets you put more space between you and the attacker.

I played SP in PvP and imo, its boring as hell, you only have 6 spells you really cast,(mindflay, SW:P, VT, VE, shield, mindblast, SW:D) once in a while pop out to throw around some flash heals, which is most of the time quite futile.

Vs my other PvP experience at 70, mage and holy priest, shadowpriest is very boring (and skilless)to play in PvP.

Well, no. I cast Dispel a lot more than I ever cast Mindblast, both for offensive and defensive purposes. Levitate is amazing in AB, hilarious in world PVP and occasionally useful elsewhere. AB really is the best place in the world to be a priest...Mind controooool! In WSG, Mind Vision is game-changing, less so now that enemy flags eventually appear but still incredibly useful.

And, um, Psychic Scream? I do that as much as Mindflay.

Edited to add: I'm using Mana Burn more and more these days, too. And of course I buff whenever possible.
