Highest DPS Build?Follow

Hey guys, I'm sure someone has asked this already, but I still don't know the answer.

What build yields the highest DPS? Please post if you have tested both. I will test both myself upon reaching 70 (67 at the moment), but I was interested to see if anyone has tested these builds already. I wanted to compare the DPS of a 30/31/0 build vs a 20/41/0 build.

30/31/0 build would sacrifice combat potency, but it would allow you to equip two slow weapons instead, yielding much more damage from your off hand, and make up for lost combo points (due to lack of energy) with sealed fate. 20/41 seems pretty standard among PvE rogues from what i've seen, equiping a fast offhand to get the most out of CP.

Just wondering if Cold Blood and Seal Fate and equipping two slow weapons yields comparable damage.

P.S. I realize that PvE builds do not emphasize a lot of crit, and thus reduces the benefits of sealed fate. But say for 5 mans and Heroics, where good fist weapons can be obtained, and speccing fists would yield an extra 5% crit, which build would yield more DPS?

Combat Swords in practicality, Combat Daggers over Swords in theory (not by much).

I was 30/0/31 (now 41/3/17) and the dps is not as decent as mutilate or combat builds, however, your survivability is amazing and specifically great for pvp.
the potential of 2x evasion, sprint, vanish, coldblood makes you almost always able to survive any situation, but you sacrifice dps.

well you see theres 2 problems here

1. high dps for pve/pvp or both[but just a little bit less] ? Talents tend to be any 3 of these.

2. Survivability is inverse to Dps [concerning talents]. So you might hit real hard, but die too soon or just too much to make any real impact.

There's a reason we're given Vanish/Feint.
