i like the addons and UIs but when i download them, what do i do next? i cant get cord, damagemeter or threatmeter....

typically you unzip them to your C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns folder. Then you open the addons menu on the character select screen, and make sure the ones you want are up to date and activated.
