just looking for clarification here: Ive seen the discussion in posts and many opinions.
I would like to know from someone who has tried it and confirmed: do the nightscape boots level 42 effective stealth increase apply to druids in cat/prowl form? mainly i have to give up a blue item to wear 'em.

YES, they do apply to a Druid in Catform. So they have a place, should they be used as your Main boots? likely not.
Even when i was level 60 i used the boots to give myself a lil extra fudge room when i would go in to solofarm a instance, suff like farming for wildheart boots or the like(the hallway of orcs pre mothersmoderweb could get harry).
