*Disclaimer: I am not giving a "How to Grieve" course here, just showing some little tricks you can use to have a little fun with the Infernal summon...

Quote:
After summoning your Infernal, Soulstone yourself, then Hellfire yourself (to death) once you die (when you suicide via Hellfire, you take almost no equip Dmg) watch him break enslave and do his thing, then Soulstone back to life.

** Found this trick out yesterday in Gadgeton**
Your infernal has a constant fire shield on him (Burns anything near him whether him/they are in combat or not) which means you can cause indirect damage to the enemy faction in a contested neutral city (Like Booty Bay, Gadgeton, Shattarah, etc...) and the guards wont do anything.

Simply put him on passive (Just in case) and walk around past enemy players and watch them take a stinging hit of fire. IMO it's no major exploit because the dmg his fireshield dishes out is neglegible ie: You couldnt really kill anyone with it. Mostly I do it to get a laugh out of alliance (They find it hilarious).

Note: Be careful WHERE you summon him, considering the actual summon is an AoE attack, make sure to do it outside of range of the guards and enemy players.

You dont need to hellfire yourself dead, just put the infernal to "stay" then release it via canceling enlsave demon and he will start attacking anyone and everyone with in range.

He'll attack you first, thats the point to doing a suicide, its an aggro dump.

but surely once u drop the enslave, any guards within the area will quickly take aggro off you? i've not tried it yet as im collecting the last fel essence in the quest chain which leads upto the skill to summon him.

You are true, but if the GUARDS take the aggro that would ruin the point, Ideally (If your a *******) you'll want him to attack other players first.

Nice try but not quite accruate, I am not 100% sure on theese numbers, as i have not tryed to check again since TBC was releaced. But it took almost all of the minionns HP to peal a summoned/enslaved minion off of me, at least 40% of the HP of the minion.

so if you were counting on the guards to do enough damage to hold him, you got an other thing comming.

the two ways to "Free" a infernal or a doomguard are A: what is discribe here or any trick that Kills you. or B:use the /camp command and logout and back in right quick. most other tricks will not produce the desired result since you need to totaly wipe aggro to get him to just go nuts on low level players.

Just to add to this, once for fun I released an Infernal in front of my party for a scare, well, the joke was on me when he PWN'ed me before they could destroy/pull aggro off, when they say he will be pissed once released, they mean it!
