Found this out on the hunter forums (give credit to aethien), if you go to the wetlands and have ur pet tank this http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/mob.html?wmob=1158
mob, it will eventually lay a curse on ur minion. This curse transforms your pet into a zombie, male or female depending on the gender of your minion. In any case, i have a cross dressing minion, yuck. I might have to re-roll as a lock to get a female succubus. I just can't stand the thought of a guy in a leather corset+whip +combat boots.
My advice to you is not to try it. You might regret it.

lol - pets and minions always randomly become either man or woman. At least my kitty has been a woman once and a man twice... Think they're just genderless ingame. :P

Eyh! Stop talking about sense and facts! This is WoW! We like to know that mobs can turn Succubi into crossdressing men with a fetish for whips and... err... goat's legs...
most likely it will wear off in a while because blizz wouldnt program a permanant thing like that in the game.
It does wear off. Its a 2 min*(i think) curse that they lay on you. I dont think its random anymore. Being that I have never been anything but male and my cat has never been anything but female. I am gonna go retest my theory when I get home.

A succubus is always of the female gender. The male equivalent is an incubus.

If you read what the OP was saying, was that he tried to test the theory about the pet gender and low and behold. the succubi turned into a male.

The curse turns them into a ghost pirate. so of course all their outfit appearance is gonna be the same every time.
