BoT (Build over Time)Follow

Okay, so I have my level 70 spec planned out on my surv hunter, but I'm wondering what I should do from 40 to 70, as far as order goes. (I've debated what talents to use on other threads, the 70 build is what I will have).
70 Build
40 Build

So, basically I have a few options before I go into marksmanship (once I go in, I probably wont go out until I get all 21).
A) Go straight to marks at 40
B) Finish LR, then go to marks at 43
C) Finish LR and get EW, then go to marks at 46
D) Finish survival, go to marks at 49

I'm leaning toward B or C, but if I go A I won't have to wait for GFtT or Aimed Shot. I'm really thinking against D, b/c I'll use TotH more as filler than as a main talent for levelling.

So, what do you think?

I think some of it will depend on when the patch comes out. Cuz when it does I'll get EW. If not, I'll wait until after I fill up marks (or at least get 5/5 LS). So the big question is:
2/5 LR, start working on marks at 41, or 5/5 LR, start working on marks at 44? Same ending build, just different middle.

Ah. If so I'll probably go EW before-hand. So I'm down to it's patch-dependent.
