Starting a new level 19 Rogue Twink.
Just thought id ask a few Questions before i **** it up.
Gear.
For gear i was thinking -
Head- Green Tinted Goggles
Neck- Sentinel's Medallion
Shoulder- Talbar Mantle
Back - Sentry Cloak
Chest - Tunic of Westfall
Wrist- ??
Gloves - ??
Belt - Deviate Scale Belt
Legs - Leggings of the Fang
Feet - Feet of the Lynx
Ring - Seal of Wrynn
Ring - Protector's Band
Trinket - ?? Engineering trinkets?
Trinket - ??
Weapon (MH) - PvP Dagger, (forgot what it's called)
Weapon (OH) - Cruel Barb
Any advice for that stuff would be nice.
What to do pre 19
What should i do before i hit 19?
i do not want to hit 19 and realize that i need to do something that will get more another level.

What build would be nice for 19 Rogue?
Gonna be dagger MH but may go swords at a later stage

Im no rogue myself but ill give you my imput... (some of the gear i recomend may require some determanation to get your hands on)
Wrist- Forest leather bracers. (any green with a decent amount of +agi will do really)
Hands- Red whelp gloves- or again any green with +agi. however the proc is something you wont usually find on gloves. i guess its preference.
If you have the time and high level guildies to help you get two Arena grand master trinkets from the gurabashi arena.
as for a build, id go five in master of deception and five in camoflauge. or instead of camo you could put the 5 in malice.
Forest Leather Bracers? I'm sure there's is better than that for the level, I had those while levelling my Rogue...
Not really. theres other greens with the same amount of +agi. or less with some stam but sadly there isnt anything better for the lvl.

I wanna do something similar and I'd like to know if what has been described here would be the best gear to get.
leggings of the fang are no longer the best, get some green legs of the monkey/ap/agi or anyhting boe really and put clefthide or cobrahide leg armor
