Hunting InvisiblyFollow

I have yet to play a hunter, but I have faced many of them in PvP. What I was wondering is, can a Hunter drink an Invisibility Potion and control their pet while remaining invisible?

Just wondering because I thought I saw something to this affect in a PvP arena.

Well, depends what you mean by controlling pets. You can send it to attack, and make it come back. You can activate their innate skills as well. That won't break any stealth/invisibility effect.

I do believe using any personal spells like Bestial Wrath/The Beast Within, Intimidation or any other spells done by your own character will break that stealth though. Although I must admit I can't confirm this. I have never used those potions myself as a Hunter.

Edit:
To say it simply. You can use your petbar all you want, but anything else should break stealth/invisibility. Could someone confirm this for me, as I don't have access to WoW for eight hours.

My guess is it would work similar to shadowmeld. Even eyes of the best will break that.

I have sent my pet at things while opening chest, while eating, while sitting down. So being in stealth I doubt would break it.

N.Elfs could Meld with a cat pet in prowl and get the jump on someone that way.

As for fully taking control of the pet "Eyes of the Beast", I think that channeling that would most likely break the stealth.

Not sure what one you're talking about.

No pet action will break stealth or invis, but any hunter action will. This means you can tell it to attack, use any of the pet's abilities, call it back, etc... but you cannot activate Bestial Wrath or use Eyes of the Beast.
