im looking to twink my shaman at 29.. i need spec and gear, need someone to help me out thanks.

Oh this is old - doesn't include clefthide leg kit, which must go on a boe - use best of the eagle or of the bear or of the monkey pants , leather, you can find - get cleft on it. Eagle's prolly best.

here is my 29 twink shammy, the head slot still hasnt been upgraded from my lvl 19 days and the trinket slots are still empty, ill get some trinkets from the pvp vendors soon, but the rest of the gear is the best available (btw i went for a mellee shammy) not sure about the viability of a caster shammy, i dont think it would work but i havent tried it

What weapon buff do you suggest for a level 29 shaman twink, assuming a slow two hand weapon?
Frostbrand (rank2) - change to do 53 frost damage and slow target
Flametongue (rank3)- 9.3-28.6 fire damage per hit
Rockbiter (rank4) - adds 9 dps
