looking for some advice on twinkFollow

as the post says i am looking for some advice on twinking my hunter, not a perm one mind you but one that stays long enough at each level to pick up the bg gear.
HWL @ the 59 bracket and the new 70 gear at 69.

this is the build i intend on using. any comments or critques?
also what enchants should i focus on + 15 agi on using two one handed weapons or the other agi enchant with one handers? does mongoose proc on ranged attack or is that just a melee swing? should i get the STamina and AP enchants or would i benfit more from the + agi enchants?

keep in mind my current pets are Humar and King b. King B will be replaced once we get the " Cobra Reflexes " trainable. and i do plan on getting a boar.
