Prot paladin here. Ran shattered halls last night with a resto shammy/mage/mage/hunter, did so without a whipe and the greatest of ease, with pretty damn good time if i may add. But i digress from my point. Ive know of bloodfury for awhile, and ive know of avenging wrath for awhile. But together? Hadnt done my mental math...basically BLOODFURY+AVENGING WRATH=OMFG PWN. Just wanted to put it out there.

Also. I have an issue with avengers shield, i mean i love the damn thing, i really do, but blizzard needs to fix it. My guild leader is a rogue and hes pretty damn good, but imp sap just doesnt add with a shield that randomly hits 3 things. Sure you can sap at one end and shield at another, but theres no accounting for a shield that does what it wants. I cant count the number of times ive thrown it and its ricocheted off two mob members and into a critter
-_-. Blizzard SHOULD allow us to mark the targets we wish it to hit, it would make running with a rogue much more feasable (throw back to windwaker, link could choose his 'rang targets), which is neccessary if i may add in certain situations..(great run from the above group but a hunter simply doesnt cut it for the CC on kargath, a rogue/lock would have made it alot easier -_-)

That's why I hate AS.
Sheep, sap, everything is susceptible to being randomly hit, it sucks.

If I may offer any advice, however, the only thing I'd try to do is:

-Have the Rogue get *in front* of the group of mobs.
-Launch your AS toward the mob closest to the Rogue.
-The mobs will then start moving toward you, part of them Dazed.
-As the mob walks near the stealthed Rogue, have him Sap him.

That way you'll probably still have the highest threat once he gets out of Sap and you'll be sure not to break it. Afterwards just pull back a bit to avoid Consecrating the mob out of Sap and it should be fine.

Sap can only be used on targets that are not in combat, so I'm sorry but using Avenger's Shield first and then sapping is not a viable option. I just tell the Rogue to sap as far to one side as s/he can and if I break it, oh well. Mages, always have them sheep after you throw your shield so you won't break the sheep.
