Public Service Announcement: WF/Sword Spec BuffedFollow

Come 2.1, both Windfury (Totem, in this case) and Sword Specialization are receiving a rather nice buff. To be more specific, when you proc a Windfury/Sword Specialization attack it will no longer reset your weapon swing timer... giving these effects a rather hefty DPS boost of their current incarnations.

This has been a test of the PSA system. Had this been a real public service announcement, some Blue poster (probably Tseric) would be telling you that you'll recieve a talent review/bug fix in about twelve months, and Vanish randomly breaking was 'working as intended'. We thank you for your patience.
