Yeah, I've asked a few people in the game, not very good advise for what "I" think.
The question is "What race is best suited for the Priest class"
and also "Which of the races have the best Racial Priest ability?"
If you got some tips or know the answer and can help me out with this tough decision I always have when I try to roll a new char (F*** ^^).

Well, the priests are one of the classes were race actually matters a bit. I am human for Desperat Prayer (Instant mana free heal - 10 min cooldown). Although I regret slightly not picking dwarf, they get the same heal + fearward which is very useful for pvp.
Horde: Undeads for WoTF and Devouring Plague - instant dot that besides dmg also heals you - costs a bit of mana though (and 3 min cooldown? not 100% on cooldown)
That's how I would have picked though, as I couldn't find any hints of you being alliance or horde.
As XX-people has stated before, it all comes to preferences - but if you just want the "best class" I'd say Dwarf all the way.

Actually, dwarfs have been superseded by the Draenei, who still get the potent Fear Ward but also come equipped with Symbol of Hope, which regens mana for the whole party, in addition to their racial HoT and spell hit aura. Dwarfs may still be marginally better in PvP due to Stoneform and Desperate Prayer but PvE is no contest, draenei are top dogs.
The main reasons to go human are the spirit bonus (spirit supposedly being the priest's primary stat) and Diplomacy. Diplomacy doesn't help your groups, but it saves *you* hours and hours of gameplay. It boosts all reputation gains by 10%. Once you see how many reputations there are in Outlound you'll start to appreciate this.
For the Horde, but undead and trolls have definite upsides. Blood elfs are there if your major concern is cosmetics.
