Hi just made a new blood elf mage. I need help with what to wear to PVP and what talents i shud get at that lvl.

Lots of stamina, would be my recommendation.
Talents: Either go into frost or fire for 10 points.
I wouldn't personally recommend staying there long as a mage, however. You don't have scorch or blink then, which are 2 of the most important PvP abilities of a mage.

I agree, a level 19 mage is way UP for PVP. My favorite level to twink a mage (and obviously druid) is 39. Bring some swiftness pots and watch the assists and carries come in like crazy. Sheep and nova make you one of the best at assisting the flag carrier and blink (and for me escape artist) make very good flagging skills or PU skills.

I recommend twinking for 29 not 19, as others have said you don't have some of your key abilities yet.
