No engineering stuff yet. remember their still building and including rewards.

Alchem only has 1 item on the scryer side. So its still all in development.

I think it boils down to whether you're more of a swords rogue or daggers rogue - there's a nice sword with the Aldor or a lovely off-hand dagger with Scryers... basically... =)

But do have a look at that link, and also look at quest rewards with both factions - I'm currently working towards a rather nice belt at the end of a Scryers quest chain.

HTH =)

Scryer looks better...
But, if you think about it.. Your going to end up grinding rep for Consortium for the Guile which is a better off hand then the scryer daggrer..

And the leather pants you can get would be replaced by Fel leather pants, and eventually the assissin pants.

Going aldor gives you a very good sword to pick up for the day you actually do choose or get forced to go combat for raiding.. You get to pick up a very nice ring whihc i still have yet to find a replacment for, and 30ap 10 crit shoulder kit, which i think you can get at scyers to..

Its all about how much time you have to play, and what you work on first..

I think the Scryers analog to the 30AP 10Crit is a 15 Crit 20AP enchant but I could be wrong.

Also I'm pretty sure there is a nice belt and the end of a Scryer chain at 70 that I hear is unmatched at that point...and since Assassin. gear doesn't have a belt (?) that may play a role in your decision as well.

Of course I hear you can be a real gunner and do both...lunacy if you ask me but..

Hope that info is right and I hope it helps.

edit: the belt has already been mentioned previously so sorry for the redundancy
