What would be better for a PvP focused druid:

0/30/31

or

0/40/21

Former build is more for healing while going Feral when you have no one to heal or need to stealth on someone OR soak up damage in Bear form.

Latter build is more for Feral combat and the occasional healing either to save a flag carrier or something like. Or the Nature's Swiftness + HT combo.

Whichever is better only depends on what role you wanna fill over the other.

I'd choose Mangle over Nature's Swiftness, but that's just me.

If you your going that deep into Feral get mangle, it really is THAT good.

If your that far into feral your going to be Tanking and DPSing far before you ever heal anyways so swiftness is going to be all back of the bus like on your action bar. Not having mangle that far into feral is pretty much nerfing your primary PVE attack and your bleeds. Also it helps quite abit with bear tanking.

a 1/43/17 or 1/46/14 spec is the way to go that deep in feral.

Your spec was nice like 2 years ago when 30/21 was big though, I used it quite abit then :D

Mangle helps you kill warriors and high armor types where bleeding is your bread and butter.

I go 0/50/11.

In Resto tree I put 5 points into Furor, 3 into Natural Shapeshifter, 2 into the Healing touch and one to get Omen of Clarity. Omen allows me to stunlock Rogues, hehe.
