5 second imp gouge = restealth????Follow

One of my friends who has a rogue told me that if I go for Improved Gouge that the total five second stun allows me to restealth, I have tried this numerous times on a lvl 11 plainstrider (Im lvl 20) to no success, I open up with a few seconds of auto attack, then hit gouge, take a few steps back and SPAM the stealth key to no avail.

Was this changed in a recent patch or something??

Dropping out of combat and restealthing is PvP only.

And yes, it does work fine. If you haven't been engaged in combat for 5 seconds, you are allowed to restealth. But I would pick up 3/3 imp. gouge if you plan on using it in pvp, because that half a second extra often makes the difference of making a succesful restealth and getting an instacastfacesmash right before you disappear.
