I need some adviceFollow

Hi all,
Im looking for experienced warrior to advice me what talents warriors benefit the most from.
At the time im lvl 50 and the spec is 31/7/3.
And now I want to go down the arms tree to get the Endless rage talent.
I want to get second wind for pvp purpose (2 points), Improved MS is mandatory to get Endless rage (5 points) so I end up with 2 points and the question is:
Where to put those points???
2/5 Deflection - 2% parry
2/3 Imp TC - increased damage by 70% and slowing effect by 7%
2/2 Weapon mastery - immune to disarm and +4 weapon skill
2/3 Imp hamstring - 10% chance to immobilize
2/2 Blood frenzy - +4% dmg after rend or crit

Admittedly im a bit confused where to go. Weapon mastery looks sweet but I would like to get some more opinions from you guys who has already tryed those skills.
