Hey guys Im having trouble deciding on an alt, i want to make as shaman, but amd trying top figure out what class makes the best hybrid. My main question is can an elemental shammy out dps a balance druid? Both make good caster and back up healers. But which throws out more dps in a full dps situation?
Also would i be better off rolling a pally instead of a shaman? (currently have a druid )

Of the two, I would say the druid is the better healer but the shaman is the better caster. They can both do both but are just a little stronger at one than the other.
edit: Don't go pally if you want a dps class. Choose between the other two hybrids. IMO.

I think shaman is better since when your an elemental shaman you do much more dps and if needed can heal at any time when needed. Balance druids are great spot healers but you have to jump in and out of moonkin form if you have to spot heal. then again balance druids have some decent CC and probably make better dps off healer in pvp because of it
