Need some advices...Follow

#1 May 09 2007 at 5:56 PM Rating: Decent
Well, I have a shaman lvl55+, and ill go to outlands as soon i get 58, but i can see that enhancement is not so good anymore for lvling... the mobs dodge and parry a LOT. So, ill prolly have to respect to elemental, and would like to see some builds at lvl 58-70
As ele have more mana, i think it will be better for instances, cse ill surelly heal, so i think a balanced build, ele/resto will be better, dunno for sure...

And if u think im crazy and should keep on enhance, please give me some advices, its my first char on wow, i simply love enhance, but first i would like to reach 70... thanks for ur help =)

Lvl 63 Enchance shaman here...

You might want to find some better gear, or look at how you have speced enhancement. If you want to go to outlands at 58, I would suggest going with a friend. I waited until I hit 60, and I'm glad I did because I was able to handle it much better.

Hellfire Peninsula is a dirty ******, but after you get quest rewards, your gear starts to help you out.

I say don't give up...i'm going to lvl 70 with enhance and them respec to element and see which one I prefer.

The choices are your alone.

I really think your current problem is gear related. Mail gear pre outlands really only favours Hunters (almost the same as an enchancement shaman.. but not quite) and resto shaman. Once you start questing in the outlands your gear will see a vast improvement. I leveled from 60 to 70 in the outlands as enchancement with no real problems. If you go directly to the outlands at lvl 58 you might find it tough to solo but imo it will pay off in the long run even so.

your Mana isn't really spec related but gear dependent so make sure to collect several gear sets along the way for your different roles. The real difference with specs is that you'll get more out of the mana you have fx. reduced mana cost or increased effect of a spell.

As to the gear for enchancement... you should focus on Str/AP, + crit and + hit everything else is secondary to this. When instancing especially in the outlands you have to think like a dagger rogue and get behind your target, lots of mobs cleave and it's very deadly in the outlands.
