I know im missing talents at the end of both lines but anyone who can tell me how this build would work please say. I belive it would be a combo PvP / PvE build (more PvE I think though).

get rid of blade twisting and put it in aggression

you might want to sacrifice impr gouge or sinister for either of these, its just a bit better. i suggest the second one.

theres how i would change ur build. you can look at other posts for the reasons, its been explained to death.
