i spend most of my time tanking an am aspiring to start raids soon...

Prot tree looks good. UW is folley in a prot build, your better off with imp DS. Unless you have a warrior in your group that can keep imp TC up for you I would find the points to switch over and pick it up. It is an absolutely must have debuff for boss fights. Decreasing their dps by 20% is godly.
Max Imp. TCLap. It's far and away better than, say, Unbridled Wrath + Piercing Howl is going to be in raids.
I've never been a fan of Imp. Sunder for a raid tanking build. It's not all that useful - you're going to be throwing Devastates after the first few seconds, and the slight difference in TPR until that point isn't really a factor.
I'm more a fan of something like;

It's a little more balanced and gives you a lot more strength in Heroic 5-man.
