I can't find it in the abilitys, is it a quest?
You have to spec your talents out. Its about 3/4 way down the enhancement tree. And i believe you can sepec it at 41?
40, actually, though you'd be better off taking stormstrike at 40 and DW at 41
And it's not really effective until you get the 3 pts in imp DW, so SS at 40, DW at 41, and it all comes together at 44.
so at 49 you get to twink out in crap gear, right click on a target. press storm strike and instant kill them.

LOL, a comment like this coming from a 'lock.
yeah, our class requires skill and timing, we have the most abilities in the game and the largest number of viable abilities for pvp as well. shammies = right click, stormstrike. if they're 'skilled' they'll put down the apropriate totem vs whatever class they're attacking whenever the cd is up. easy tbh

If the shaman is skilled they actually managed to get into close combat with something, or was that if the other guy wasn't...
the spec sucks if you have 0 mana and you forget the other 3 sides of your class....casting/healing/totems...and many shamans tend to forget that and make me mad. BTW im now 70 /roar
