Im mostly enhancement with a little resto, and i was wonderign, i dont use shields since i DW, but does shield specialization improve your parry chance as well. or just shields?
I believe it only improves the chance to block and the amount of damage blocked and therefore requires a shield.
I picked this over the mana increase for my new shammie and with five points in it and a decent shield it seems a good investment of points and I block much more frequently than I used to.
