Ranger General: 27 Sta, 18 Hit, 28 Crit, 56 AP
Thousand Marks: 21 Sta, 19 Hit, 23 Crit, 44 AP
Garona's Signet: 25 Sta, 18 hit, 12 Crit, 60 AP, xx armor, xx dodge

This is the hardest 25 man ATM, and the 2nd in 2 instances that drop T5, shouldn't the items be a bit more on par with T5, like how the prince/curator rings are on par with T4?

yeah, the 2 rings from kara are from upgrade. Maybe since the only Kael'Thas kills have been on PTR the only links to the ring I found are before they upgrade it.
