Well... currently I am lvl 56 enhancement ( I hate when people say enchantment) shaman. You can look me up in the armory if you'd like.. my name is Rujaik.. I'm the only one. My questions are:
1. I want to lvl to 70 as fast as possible. I usually quest the most, and running instances always comes second. What spec. should I use to lvl the fastest, enhan. or elemental?

Any shaman build is fast at lvling it jsut depends on what you like doing, if you like to solo then stay enhancment, it's a fast high output DPS and with shamanistic rage your downtime is reduced greatly. If you like to do instances go with Rsto Earth Sheild > any other healing ability. If you want to Melt faces go with Elemental high DPS and you bring somthing to the table no other DPS class can in Instances Off healing. As a rsto shaman I welcome elemental shaman with open arms they bring somthing to the table a mage / warlock cant .... off healing. So just do what you want to do and it will fit in... if your good at it.
