Best build for the Outlands?Follow

I'm about 62(almost 63) and since the new patch may come out soon, we rogues get a re-spec.

So far, Sublety (12/0/41) isn't working out very well. I'm fighting 63's and i usually have 40% health left after the fight and i'm wating money on bandages and food and stuffs

What is the best build for the Outlands? I don't want to waste something free, and i want this new build to be worth it; fast grinding, quick kills, etc.
