Hey can I get some input on this Elemental/Resto . Right now my shaman is only 25 but i plan on leveling and going with this build. Any input would be helpful.

This is the "typical" elem/resto spec's I know most elem's use (and it was what I used too, when I was elem.), there might be some variations in the resto side, but it always goes down to NS (NS > ToW always)
WTF is this build for? PvP? Raiding?

This is by far the best PvP build available. If you REALLY want LO, you can use this build
This build is one of the best for PvE. If your guild requires you to have ToW, then you can use this build (if you want to fill out Tidal Mastery, then you can take 2 points out of Storm Reach, Lightning Mastery, or Unrelenting Storm). If you want LO, then change some points around from the first build.
