so the deal is, bliz only allows one weapon buff per plaer, and shaman weapon buffs are no exeption.
the trick is that if you have rockbiter, flametoung, frostbrand on, WF totem will not replace them since WF totem is of a lower level than the personal versions of the buff.
so, No you cannot get 2 diffrent weapon buffs by droping a totem and casting a diffrent one on your weapon, they share the same slot.
Your windfury totem will put windfury weapon on your weapon, however, it is not anywhere near as good as the normal weapon enchant you can put on your weapon. The totem will only give you 1 extra swing with less AP then your spell. The spell will give you 2 extra swings and more AP. But the totem works on everyone in the party, including yourself. You just may be really unlucky for the proc rate =P
*edit* The above poster also makes a good point... if you have another enchant on your weapon such as rockbiter, it will not give you the windfury from your totem.
The totem effect will also be overridden by any other temporary weapon enchant like sharpening stones, poisons, or mana oil. Anyone in the party who wants the enchant (including yourself) needs a naked weapon. Permanent enchants like crusader are okay though.
Windfury is strong because it adds extra attacks which means it scales when your weapons get better. Having more AP is not as important as having more weapon swings, so WF weapon self buff is ALWAYS superior to the totem, at least for the shaman using it =P
