Enchants? Well, if you have money to spare from a main character or something... otherwise I'd just level up. Except maybe for scopes. (I notice you don't have one, but maybe your bow is due for an upgrade soon anyway.)
I wouldn't worry so much about wearing mail if it means you're stuck with +Stamina only gear. Generally having split-bonus armour is better, as in, Monkey might give you +10/+10 while Stamina would give you just +15 to one stat.
