At the moment i have this
and http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=28040&locale=enUS;source=live but they can'y be use at the same time. Is every Trinket trigger the same CD or there is trinket that don't work together?

Any "Use" trinkets that increase +dmg don't work at the same time(using one triggers a "mini-cooldown" on the other). If you're not sure why, ask Filter about the old days of ZHC-ToEP-AP-PoM-Pyro.
I didn't have either trinket by the time they nerfed it, so I didn't get to experience that.
Any trink that has an effect that duplicates another, the CD's are the same. I.E. Lei of Lilies (conjures a lilly restoring hp/mana) share a cooldown with your mana gems.

Actually, there was one quest reward trinket that didn't share a cooldown timer, so I got to experience it a little, but I was only level 66 and didn't feel right going into PvP, so I didn't really play with it there.
But the real height of it was back in the days of low stamina players before they nerfed AP.
Yeah, we used to be retarded kings of one shots. With all of that stacked, then sucking back a flask and potions, you could roast any class instantly.
While great fun, it was rather OP and we all expected it eventually.
