Don't use Mods until you understand the class... then you'll know what to ask for. That goes for all classes IMO.

A few mods are just handy, but I agree with killzon. You should know what to look for after 30 or so levels.

I'll point you in the directions that are not immediately apparent, and I personally had no clue about; except by random searching. (I'm a mod fan personally).

Auto Attack swing timers (useful for slam and timing of other abilities)

Unit frames mods (to move the unit frames where you like them, I prefer them at the bottom of my screen, as opposed to the top.)
Combat stastic callers (very useful for healers in group, calls out when you are at xx% hp)

Outfitter (dressing room addon, one button outfit changes. Very useful if you are lazy. Not that useful until you have 5 sets of gear that you lug around everywhere you go, because you can. Your gonna go through a lot of gear from 1-70, and alot of gear at 70. Outfitter can provide an auto setup for gear, highest ap, highest crit, highest defense, etc...)

Honestly, the most important addon I've ever gotten was KLH Threat Meter. As a warrior in instances, usually you will be tanking. This meter shows mobs hate towards you. Even if your not tanking, knowing how much hate you have is good so as to not pull agro from the tank.

Second most important addon I've gotten. Atlasloot enhanced. What loot drops from where? Well this in game menu provides links to loot that drops from what instance, and from what boss. Very very handy for leveling, and choosing what items you want. Running that instance over again until you get your drop. Having that blue weapon really makes leveling easier, and learning to play the class less frustrating.

I also like to have my action bars where I want them, which CTMod is great for moving and customizing your hotbars (and hot keys to what the game considers non-binding keys, such as certain mice with 5 buttons, or custom keyboards). Having the full package includes CT buff bar which is a custom buffs window, that is configurable and rather flexable.

La vendetta or Deadly boss mod provide group oriented flexable features to help with instances that are timed or have time related events. It will call out when a certain event will occur. Very handy.
