good gear but what your doing wrong is the shield. Get yourself a nice two hand weapon with good damage.

I'm guessing that right about now your hitting for about 130ish
I was the same way at your level a protection pally with the shield and one hander

if your looking to start leveling faster just forget about the shield and you might wanna consider a respec into retribution that should considerably bump up your damage and allow you to kill mobs faster

this is my pally I hit about 600-800 and an occasional 1k

Lets put a protection-pala up with no shield...
And use a retibution-pala to compare.

But there-in lies the problem,

Your gear is all +Stamina and +Strength, which is good for Retribution, but not that good for protection.
You need more Intellect, and if that'll cost some Strength, so be it.
Just remember, that if you have 1 life left, and your opponent zero, you win.

The other option, is to spend 1 gold, change to Retribution, and get yourself a Nice 2H-weapon.

I had a look @ your profile, but for some reason I could not take a look @ your talents spec sheet. I think you are doing alright gear wise, although you may want more stam/intel.

Here is mine, I am a protection pally, lvl 42, I can handle about 3-5 mobs, a few lvls hirer then me at a time. I have some good gear, could use more Int. Stats. When fighting mobs, I usually cast SoL, or SoW, depending on what I think I will lose more, or I use both @ once.

I would say that you could use some better equipment, better shield, maybe some more blues, but that’s just me, I like to deck out my pally in the coolest stuff, try running SM & Ulderman, for some blue’s. Blue shield in SM – Cathedral is good, I am currently using that one. Other than that I think you are fine.
