Is pickpocking affected by +stealth?Follow

I was wondering if when you pickpocket a mob, is the chance they have to detect you related to your level of stealth? Like MOD of using +stealth items.

I read this a few days ago and dont remember the exacts but here is what i do remember from it.... +stealth increase's your lvl of stealth... by that i mean if you are tryin to p/p a lvl 35 mob and your a lvl 30 rogue he will see you alot easier then if you were a lvl 35 rogue. if you put points in master of decption all 5 will increase your lvl +3 with that i mean if you are a lvl 30 rogue and have all 5 talents points in m.o.d you will be = to a lvl 33 rogue. here is the point i am trying to make:

Master of Deception: 0 Points in Subtlety Required
5 point talent, increases your stealth rating by 3/6/9/12/15. You gain 5 levels of stealth rating per level, so this effectively makes your stealth as though you were 3 levels higher. Useful in a wide variety of situations, stealth instance runs, PvP, normal raids that require sapping, etc. A common choice to get the 10 points required to get higher in the tree.
Synergy With:
Camouflage, Improved Sap, Stealth Increasing Items

Actually, my question had more to do with the chance I get detected AS A RESULT of pickpocketing a mob. Like how sometimes you'll try it on a mob, they resist, start beating on you, and then you either vanish or duke it out. The reason I ask is becuase I was very interested by the post by Shaolinz about farming Mana Tombs, and since getting aggro in there means a long walk back, I had to be careful. I was doing it naked (haha, laugh if you want), and I just wanted to confirm that your pickpocketing isn't affected by, say, agility (which I have a lot of on my items). I've run it a few times now, and ever since I started p/ping them from behind I've had no problems. Matter of fact, I could proably farm instaces just doing that, although at not nearly the rate as when I'm grabbing chests. In any case, I don't think it has anything to do with agility, so I'm set.

Oh ok... Well for me If I would say they go hand in hand... I can pick pocket anyone that is lower then me and if I dont run into them IM SET... But I can remember a couple of times of getting resested... What I do if they are higher them me is use my distract and p/p from behind. But I guess the truth is I dont know.... good luck
