this patch is huge and will take a while to read. All around i have no complaints about it. Matter a fact, i'm really looking forward to a few things like the pets automatically getting unsummoned when you mount and resummoned when you dismount and the cooldown rings for dots.

However my question concerns this.
Dark Pact: This ability is now unuseable while the mana and health of a pet are being adjusted by pet scaling.

For whatever reason i'm just not comprehending what pet scaling means right now. If anyone can clarify this i'd be grateful.

Here's what we can do now:

When we summon our pets, they don't start out with full health/mana. They summon at about 75% and then they adjust back to their full health/mana based on how our gear effects their max health/mana.

Well, during the moment where they are are summoned at lower health/mana, you could Dark Pact right before their mana was adjusted to full, and basically get a free dark pact without using any of your pet's mana.

I hate that part... I basically spend another second for a free (mana) imp summon :)

Other than that, this patch is pretty good, although I'm curious if I have imp when mounted, will I lose blood pact? and when my imp gets resummoned will I have full health (with BP)?

I'm pretty sure that you won't, because without an imp there's no reason for you to have the blood pact buff, and any time I've come under the effect of a new blood pact buff it has increased my max hp, not current.
