Please critique this "Poor Horde 19 PVP Gear Guide"Follow

So first let me explain. I rerolled on a new (pvp) server, and this rogue will be my main. But along the way I want to stop at each battleground (19, 29, 39, 49, ...) to get most if not all the PVP gear at each step. It will take longer to level of course, but to me it will be fun. However I've never played a rogue before, so I might have made some errors here.

Since I'm on a new server, I have very little gold. And I still have to save for a mount at 40, epic mount at 60, etc...I don't have a 70 main sending me hundreds for twink gear. But I want to be as competitive as possible, in each bracket, without spending much (if any) gold. Depending on cash flow, and XP, I may get some small enchants, and may be forced at level 19.7 to start paying for WC runs. I dont want to, but it may come down to that for a few last pieces.

Also I have no illusions that I'll be the best. I dont want to call this a twink, because I'm lacking a ton of things real twinks have (clefthide leather, BOE blues, I wont even pay 5g for a 19 "of the mongoose" green). But I want to build a pvp character, at each level bracket, that can compete well enough to have fun, with the best free gear I can get.

Lastly professions - yes I could go engineering for headpieces. But this is a real toon, not a twink. I will level him, and on a new server I think its best that I stick with 2 gathering professions. So I'll be taking leatherworking and mining. Also I dont know anybody, and the STV fishing thing seems like a huge hassle. I also heard its getting nerfed next patch, the durability will be 0 on players less then 35. So good news for me. So basically I wont be wearing a head slot item at 19. This "guide" is only for 19. Its in extreme beta. I just want someone to read it over so far, before I go full speed ahead.

I'm mainly relying on quest rewards, pvp rewards and wailing cavern drops (not bothering with deadmines, I dont think I'll have "xp time" anyways). Anyways heres my rough guide. If this looks good, I'll write up a proper quest line to get all the gear, but that will be alot of work. So I want to make sure its right, before I get started on that. My rogue is only 9 right now, so I figure I have at least 3-4 more levels before I start focusing on quest lines.

Head None
Neck Scout's Medallion (blue, +6 agil, +2 stam)
Shoulder Talbar Mantle (cloth, green, +3 stam, +6 intell)
Chest Dry Moss Tunic (leather, green, +8 agil, +2 stam)
Back Glowing Lizardscale Cloak (cloth, blue, +6 agil, +2 spirit)
Bracer Savannah Bracers (leather, green, +3 stam)
Gloves Undertaker's Gloves (leather, green, +2 agil, +2 stam)
Belt Belt of the Fang (leather, green, +2 agil, +3 stam)
Legs Leggings of the Fang (leather, blue, +5 stren, +9 agil, +4 stam)
Boots Footpads of the Fang (leather, green, +4 agil, +4 stam)
Ring 1 Legionaire's Band (blue, +4 stren, +4 agil, +2 stam)
Ring 2 Bounty Hunter's Ring (green, +3 agil, +1 stam)
Trinket 1 Insignia of the Horde (dispell fear, polymorph, stun)
Trinket 2 None
Main Hand Scout's Blade (dagger, blue, speed 1.7, 15.3 DPS, +4 agil, +2 stam)
Off Hand Dawnblade (dagger, blue, speed 1.6, 13.8 DPS, +5 stam)
Ranged Venomstrike (bow, blue, speed 2.4, 15.8 DPS, chance for Venom Shot)

Now there is 3 PVP rewards in there, not counting the Insignia trinket. Those are neck, ring and main hand (the blue off-hand dagger will be my main hand, until I get the pvp reward). So until that time, I was also thinking of these 3 items:

Neck Thick Bronze Necklace (+3 stam)
Ring Slayer's Band (+3 stam, +2 critical strike)
Off-Hand Tailspike (dagger, green, 11.1 DPS, +2 stren, +2 agil)

So this is my initial plan. Please critique it, I'm planning on being a dual wield dagger rogue, and not sure which spec yet. There are some intricate quest line details I'll have to iron out, and completing all the required quests, along with the WC runs will be a close, close call. I want to make sure I have it all 'right' before I start.

Anyways final stats (without any enchants)
Level 19 Horde Rogue
Base Stats Plus:
+42 Agility
+39 Stamina
+6 Intellect
+2 Spirit
+9 Strength

Thanks for reading.
